Geez, he's the one that is supposed to have created all of us. If he doesn't recognize me, he's getting alzheimers. I think he's pretend, anyway.

by hamsterbait inmy blood is boiling.. jcanon has as much right to post here and express his opinions as anybody else.. if you don't like his posts then don't bother commenting.. if you find his posts boring than don't bother commenting.. if you don't agree with him, then say why with evidence.. if you want to back him up then say why with evidence.. this whole "who hates **** or finds **** crap is really just descending to the level of the kindergarten playground.. everybody here has the right to be heard listened to or ignored - but not put under a spotlight of disdain and disapproval from other posters.. if i had been mocked or put down when i first came here, i would never have come back.. jc lives on this earth just like all of us.
if he destroys his credibility or repels you that is his own doing.
just don't recruit supporters of your own camp against him.. be fair to everybody, and they will be fair to you.. this was in response to the thread "who else finds jcanon's posts boring?.

As far as I know, his posts have never actually caused anyone any harm.

The real purpose of the HLC is to make sure JW's take blood...
by besty in99% of jw's have no idea whats allowed and whats banned - too complex.. so most jw's tick the i accept nothing box.
this from an hlc member i spoke with some time back.
just to be on the 'safe' side, ironically.. anyway imagine the number of dead jw's there would be if this was allowed to run its course.. so imho part of the hlc raison d'etre is to make sure jw's take the blood fractions they are 'allowed'.. thoughts?.

How Were You Treated as a Jehovah's Witness if You Had Depression ?
by flipper inmost of us who were in the jehovah's witnesses for some time realize that for years the watchtower society had always discouraged it's rank and file members from going to see therapists, or professional counselors if they had depression, or serious chemical depression.
the watchtower society always told us to go out in service more, do more personal study, be more regular at meetings - and essentially we would lose our depression , and everything would fall right back into place.
the old, " don't worry, be happy " cliche.

Demonic Possesion- people were just ill - so will Elders pray for my dog?
by Witness 007 inso sad= the bible states that demonic possesion caused people to become ill....today we call it epelepsy and tarets syndrome.
my dog had a fit for about a minute after which he was very agressive for a couple minutes...which freaked me out..the vet said this is no big deal, no reason for it...so do you think i could call the elders and convince them to pray for him regarding his "demonic attack.
" ...remember jesus "legion demons" entered the swine, and i don't want him to run over a cliff, so what are my chances?....if they lecture me about "worshiping pets" i will throw them out!

Elders treat animals like felons on death row. They think that because animals will die forever that it would be a waste of time and energy to pray for them.
Come to think of it, my cat must have had mental illness. He would get so incredibly insecure when we were gone for a couple of days. One time, we had a neighbor checking in on him while we were away for a week. The cat went down hill from the day we left. It died while we were gone. There was a pattern of behavior that showed it was mental.
I'm sure that members of The Assembly of God church would pray for your pet. The church I went to was very warm hearted for whatever anyone needed by way of prayer.
